Lovely double room in Westbury on Trym - female flatmate sought in Westbury-on-Trym, Gloucestershire for sale

Hi, I own a lovely modern flat on the fringe of wetbury-on-trym in the Royal Victoria Park development. The flat is in easy commute of Filton, MoD, Aztec Business Park, Southmead Hospital. It's also only a 10 min drive to clifton, and a £10 taxi ride into town. You can walk to Blaize Castle in 10 minutes which is beautiful for walks, biking and picnics. I have a prettily furnished double room available and am looking for a female tenant to share my flat with. The flat is modern and in a great state of repair (the flat itself is less than 10 years old). It is a large 2 bed flat as bristol's houses go. The room itself is nicely firnished and has a large built in wardrobe as well as a chest of draws and is approximately 11ftx 9ft (excluding the built in wardrobe). The flat has 2 bathrooms so you would have one pretty much to yourself. I do use the bath/shower in the bathroom so it wouldn't be sole use. The flat has a gorgeous big kitchen and open plan living room with comfy leather sofa and round chair for curling up in! The flat has broadband, a home phone (free landline use after 6pm & weekends), internet tv, all mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher). All bills including council tax are charged at an additional £110 per month. There is also some bike storage available. I am a 29, I have a professional career and as such am mega busy during the week. I am very social though and would love to have a flatmate who is social too and would like to chill out or go to the pub every once in a while. I'm looking for a flatmate rather than a tenant. I'm tidy, but not anal, and would want someone in who's happy to do their fair share of tidying/cleaning. Deposit will be 1 mth rent, with cancellation period of 2 mths.
