Really Nice :) Furnished Good Sized Double - 3 Bed Flat, 2 Bathrooms in Westbury-on-Trym, Gloucestershire for sale

Hello, We are looking preferably for a female in her 20's to share our lovely home. This is a really good-sized double bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat. There are 2 bathrooms and we are 2 girls, early 20's. The rent is £300, which is really under-priced!! Free off-road parking. The bills come to between £70-£90 each per month, depending on the time of year. It's a really great priced flat! The flat is fully furnished so you won't need to bring anything. The bed is a big double bed and very comfortable/good quality. There is also a double wardrobe with lots of drawers; a desk with drawers and desk light; two bedside tables with two bedside lamps and a small television (the lamps aren't in the photos but they do come with the room). The sitting room is really big with 2 sofas and a massive dining table, great for dinner with friends. The 2 massive windows make the room really light. There is a big television with Freeview and wi-fi, which has signal all over the flat. There is a spare 4th bedroom, which we use for storing stuff, our laundry room or a guest room when people come and stay. It's a real bonus! One bathroom has a shower-over-bath, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a shower cubical, toilet, sink and washing mashine/dryer. The kitchen has all the things you would expect and a microwave too. There is outdoor space outside the kitchen, which in the summer is great for evenings in the sun. The flat is right in the centre of Westbury-on-Trym so outside the front door we have multiple cafes, shops, banks and a supermarket. There is always space to park our cars within 1 minute walk from the flat (for free). It's a really nice location and safe too. Bus stops are within 1 minutes walk of the flat. We like nights in together sharing a meal and movie and having evenings out with friends too. We're friendly and would like someone to become a friend as well as a flatmate. The room is available ASAP. There are agency fees of about £120 and a deposit. After initial contracts etc we deal with our landlord when we want something, who is lovely, local and quick at getting things done as/when we need something.
